Enrollment in Thespian Academy’s courses is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another available course. Payment for courses is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. All fees are non-refundable unless a course is cancelled by Thespian Academy. All content included on our website, in our courses, and in other materials provided by Thespian Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Thespian Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent, except as follows:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Thespian Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. For significant changes, we will attempt to provide a more prominent notice.
